Crumbly, buttery pastry filled with Gilda’s signature mincemeat: packed with local apples, vine fruits, toasted almonds, browned butter and a generous splash of Kentish Sloe Gin.
Our artisan mince pies are handmade in small batches daily at our bakery in Canterbury. We use local ingredients where we can and even make our own marmaladey candied peel using orange peels from local farm shop Macknade. Our bramley apples are sourced from our friends at Perry Court and we use sloe gin picked from Kentish hedgerows. We hope you enjoy them!
These 9 mini mince pies come in a cardboard box with a clear top, ideal to give as a gift to or keep at home.
We will dispatch freshly made mince pies on Wednesdays by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery. You can choose your delivery date at checkout.

Alternatively, choose click and collect to pick up from our bakery or from our market stalls in Sandwich (Saturdays) and Faversham (Saturdays) or at Folkestone Harbour (Fri, Sat & Sun).
