Crumbly, buttery pastry filled with Gilda’s signature mincemeat: packed with local apples, vine fruits, toasted almonds, browned butter and a generous splash of Kentish Sloe Gin. Our mince pies are now available to pre-order. We will dispatch freshly made mince pies on Wednesdays by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. You can choose your delivery date at checkout. If you have any questions, simply email orders@gildabakery.com and we’ll respond promptly. Our first dispatch date is Wednesday 12th November 2025.
All mince pies will have on receipt a minimum of 10 to 14+ days shelf life.
