Hot Cross Buns – Soft, fluffy buns, bursting with plump fruits soaked in fragrant Earl Grey tea and delicately spiced with a blend of cinnamon and cardamom, before being glazed with bittersweet marmalade. Best enjoyed toasted and generously buttered.
Ashmore and Ale Hot Cross Buns – Exclusive Ashmore and Ale Hot Cross Buns – Kent’s finest produce served up in a soft, fluffy bun. Made with Spitfire ale from Shepherd Neame and Ashmore Farmhouse cheese from Cheesemakers of Canterbury. Enhance by toasting it lightly and spreading on a generous layer of butter.
Chocolate Hot Cross Buns – Made with a fusion of rich chocolatey goodness and classic Hot Cross Buns, crafted with chunks of our signature chocolate brownie and a blend of dark, milk, and white chocolate. Whether you’re young or young at heart, these Chocolate Hot Cross Buns are sure to be a hit all round.
Hot Cross Bun Mini Loaf – Perfect for sharing with family and friends, this hot cross bun in a loaf combines all the flavours of traditional hot cross buns in a convenient, shareable form.
Simnel Cake – No Easter celebration is complete without the quintessential Simnel Cake. Rich fruit cake laced with fragrant spices and studded with succulent dried fruits, this classic Easter treat is adorned with a layer of marzipan and topped with eleven balls to represent the apostles (minus Judas). Symbolising the coming of spring, the Simnel Cake is a cherished tradition that brings families together in celebration of the season.
Sticky Toffee Pudding –
