This delicious loaf is seeded with pumpkin, rolled oats, almonds and walnuts. Just like our country loaf, it is slow fermented for 24 hours. It is made using our Shipton Mill organic white flour, with a little extra dark rye and malted dark rye grains to add extra flavour.
Ingredients: Organic Flour, sea salt, water and our mother starter natural yeast.
