A fabulous cake perfect for celebrating with your friends and family. Made by Abi, one of our team of passionate bakers, this classic cake is made with soft dark brown sugar, stem ginger and local pears.
To make it easy to serve warm, the cake is ready to collect in a tin foil casing so you can easily put it into the oven to warm through. We also include a generous extra pot of ginger and caramel sauce to pour over before serving. (serves 10)
