All our pastries are made by our amazing team of bakers at our premises in Bishopsbourne where you can see them being made each day. Our specials change daily, and we offer a seasonal selection of tarts and danish pastries such as apple and blackberry crumble or pear and frangipane tart with toasted almonds.

We use the finest quality ingredients for all our pastries and viennoiserie including Estate Dairy cultured butter (also available to buy at our shop!) and Shipton Mill’s finest organic flours.
