Our range of handmade sourdough is carefully made over the course of two days with an overnight fermentation. The only ingredients are flour, salt, water and our natural levain yeast. We use a blend of organic Shipton Mill flours.

We also offer a range of freshly made yeasted breads from large bloomers to farmhouse loaves.
